Its Fund II expands on its Fund I foundation with broader coverage across the care continuum — moving beyond provider platforms into pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and healthcare models that improve system-level efficiency or advance clinical innovation.

- AC Health (Philippines): An integrated healthcare platform impacting approximately 6 million lives through a network of clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
- DCDC Kidney Care (India): A leading dialysis provider reaching 46,906 patients since investment, with 95% receiving fully subsidised treatment
- HistoSonics (Global/Asia): A medtech firm that has enabled 3,000 patients to undergo histotripsy, a non-invasive ultrasound-based oncological therapy
- NeuroGen (China): A pharmaceutical platform, focused on central nervous system therapies, that has provided anti-epileptic solutions to 339,277 patients since investment
Beyond capital, the review outlines how ABC Impact works with portfolio companies as a significant minority shareholder. This includes support on board engagement, ESG and impact action planning, operational support, and capital strategy.
In 2025, ABC Impact also secured a US$110 million sustainability-linked loan with DBS and UOB, marking a deliberate step to align fund-level financing with measurable environmental and social outcomes across its Fund II portfolio.
