ABC Impact is a Singapore-headquartered and Asia-focused private equity fund dedicated to impact investing. We invest in companies that drive positive change by addressing the world’s most pressing challenges such as climate change, resource scarcity, and deepening inequality. Our investment themes include financial and digital inclusion, better health and education, climate and water solutions, and sustainable food and agricultures.

The Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (“CIIP”) was established in 2022 as a non-profit entity by Temasek Trust to foster impact investing and practices in Asia and beyond. CIIP is the Asia anchor partner of SDG Impact, the United Nations Development Programme initiative tasked to develop resources that accelerate investments towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”) by 2030. Through this partnership, Asia investors and businesses are provided with clarity, insights and tools that support their contributions towards achieving the SDGs. Temasek and ABC Impact are CIIP’s strategic partners.

Based in Singapore, Mandai Nature is the conservation arm of Mandai Wildlife Group and was established in December 2020 by Temasek and Mandai Wildlife Group.

Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) is a Temasek Trust initiative dedicated to catalysing collaborative philanthropy in Asia through dynamic multi-sector partnerships. By harnessing collective strengths, PAA multiplies impact, accelerates positive change, and takes urgent action to address the pressing environmental and social challenges of our time. PAA’s flagship programme is the annual Philanthropy Asia Summit, supported by Temasek Trust and Temasek Foundation. PAS features Calls to Action to foster innovation, drive momentum, and scale impact in addressing environmental and social challenges. 

SAC is a non-profit organisation established by Temasek Holdings, dedicated to helping business and government leaders, investors, and individuals activate stewardship practices through research, executive education and engagement. We define stewardship as creating value by integrating the needs of stakeholders, society, future generations and the environment.

Established in 2002, Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory (TLL) is a beneficiary of Temasek Trust. Our vision is to build a preeminent organization of global talent to undertake cutting-edge, bio-molecular science research and applications to benefit people in Asia and beyond.     TLL focuses primarily on understanding the cellular mechanisms that underlie the development and physiology of plants, fungi and animals. Research is carried out in a range of life science disciplines, to uncover new translatable knowledge that secure a safer and more sustainable environment.  

Temasek Shophouse is the home of Temasek’s philanthropic arm and like-minded co-working partners that are aligned with Temasek’s vision of an Active, Beautiful, Clean world, and commitment to sustainable development. Located in Downtown Orchard, Temasek Shophouse works closely with partners from the Public, Private, and People (3P) sectors to convene change-makers, foster collaborations and catalyse solutions for our society and planet.

Temasek Trust Asset Management Pte Ltd (“TTAM”) is a Singapore-based global private equity asset management company dedicated to investing in positive outcomes for economies, societies, and the environment. 

TTAM holds a Capital Markets Services Licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and was established by Temasek Trust in 2019. TTAM consists of ABC Impact and Temasek Trust Capital (“TTC”).  ABC Impact focuses on impact investing and aims to deliver measurable social and environmental returns alongside compelling risk-adjusted financial returns to its stakeholders. TTC is a returns-focused philanthropic multi-asset class manager that contributes to the vision of TTAM.

TPPL was established by Temasek on 1 November 2020 to operationalise COVID-19 response initiatives. Working alongside Temasek and Temasek Foundation, TPPL contributed significantly to Singapore's fight against the pandemic, supporting key initiatives such as the nationwide distribution of hand sanitisers and masks, deployment of TraceTogether tokens to dormitory workers, and donation of oxygen concentrators to needy beneficiaries overseas. On 1 April 2023, TPPL was transferred to Temasek Trust and became our first Social Economic Enterprise Development portfolio company.

TPPL is now focused on developing a peacetime strategy that seeks to contribute both commercially and socially to build capacity and prepare Singapore for future pandemics.

Tri-Sector Associates is a social enterprise dedicated to finding new ways for society to work together to solve the hardest social problems.

We believe that the Asia-Pacific region has a tremendous opportunity for social innovation. Many countries across the region are experiencing unprecedented change in a single generation. With this change has come incredible wealth, but also unique social challenges that cannot be solved by any one actor alone. We specialize in creating effective methods of cross-sector collaboration, such as the Pay For Success mechanism. We draw from the latest data analytics and impact investing tools across the world and combine this with deep local knowledge from leaders in the people, private, and public sectors in the Asia-Pacific. We thereby hope to unlock a new wave of social innovation that will measurably improve the lives of those in need.
